It is funny watching Liberal Twitter just blow up with the decisions made this week by the Court.

What many dont understand it isn't the Court's job to "make law"... they inturpert the law based on the constitution and forces CONGRESS to act one way or another based on the decisions.

So if anyone is paying attention this is what they ruled on this week.

1. Colleges can't use RACE to determine admittance into college. IE: you cant give prereferral treatment based on race. You need to go off merit, ability, credentials, etc. It is because Harvard or Yale was not allowing some over qualified Asian Americans into the college because of race quota type things. So literally they banned a possible racist tactic. Liberal twitter is ******. Now they are talking about "legacy" grants and what not. Guess what... two totally different things. One is protected by the constitution/bill of rights... that being RACE... Legacy isn't. So if they bring up that case to the courts... it might get legacy stuff shut down. But they dont want to admit that.

2. They ruled that a Web Designer can say they wont do work for someone if that message goes against their religious beliefs. You can guess what this is dealing with... a Gay couple wanted a web designer to make a page for them and that business said NO. So it actually held put freedom of Religion. Here is something Liberal Twitter and media doesn't want to talk about. You know one of the huge groups now fighting the Trans stuff in schools... MUSLIMS. What if this was a Muslim Web Designer.... would they have even tried to fight it? Just saying you never hear anyone going after Muslim based businesses. Are they too afraid to try and have them do work for the LGBTQ+ community. OR are Muslim based business just doing the work... IDK.

3. They said the Biden's EO to relieve college debt was unconstitutional and Biden doesn't have that authority. You know... Congress actually has to make laws for this to work. Much of liberal twitter is screaming... WELL PPP loans were forgiven. YEP... CONGRESS PASSED THAT LAW. They forget that aspect of it. Same goes for Banking collapse and other things. CONGRESS PASSED LAWS... it wasn't an EO. You know like it states in the Constitution.

So yeah... if you get to talking with people about these. Just bring it up that the court actually followed the Constitution and laws on the books with all of this. If you actually read the opinions and the dissents you can see one is based on law the other is based more on emotions. WHICH COURTS CANT DO.

No free money to reward voters
Listening to these college students you would think someone took something away from them that they were entitled to. Half the country thinks government money is free money.

Sasha and Abby.....

100% correct they knocked it out of the park.

Plainsman....

This is the issue with the Student Loans.... the kids are getting filled with so much CRAP on this whole subject. COVID didn't help them one bit. All the elected leaders were so proud that they were allowed to "freeze" the payments for the kids... yet the interest kept ROLLING. Then when it came time to keep making the payments they had even HIGHER DEBT. The Gov made it WORSE for them. So then the Gov comes rolling in and want to make it seems they are "all for the students or people with debt" and say we will CANCEL it... well then it turned into we will give you "some" money towards it. It is all a smoke and mirror show that is unconstitutional for a PRESIDENT to do any of this. CONGRESS needs to act on it.

What is so sad is that the media, liberals, liberal politicians are all blaming the COURT for all of this yet it isn't them MAKING LAWS OR RULES..... it is Congress that does that. I honestly think people these days have no clue how our government works. They dont understand how the 3 branches are there to ensure checks and balances so one branch cant just be a dictatorship. YET THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE PUSHING BY SAYING PACK THE COURTS. I think instead of voter ID laws.... every person should pass some sort of social studies about how GOV works in order to vote.

Heck.... I might even fail it since they just brush by that whole aspect in elementary school. Those brain cells might not be the sharpest right now in my age.... LOL

Mach....

So right here tells me you didnt understand the Ruling at all. Or understand the HUGE DIFFERENCES between the PPP program and Student Loans.

The Ruling: STATED CONGRESS NEEDS TO ACT ON IT. It can't be done by an EO. The PPP loan and its forgiveness was VOTED ON BY CONGRESS AND PASSED BY CONGRESS AND SIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT. Yes I put it in all caps so people will UNDERSTAND THE RULING.

Differences:

Student Loans: Voluntary program which you personally enter into the contract and agree to terms. You CHOOSE the school you want to go into. You CHOOSE the type of program or degree you want to get. You CHOOSE to finish that program in the needed amount of time or if you need to take longer....ie: YOUR PERFORMANCE. Get it... it is all up to the individual.

PPP Loans: The Government FORCED THE SHUT DOWN. The Government FORCED YOU TO PAY EMPLOYEES. The Government FORCED YOU TO KEEP PAYING YOUR BILLS EVEN THOUGH THEY FORCED YOU TO LOCK YOUR DOORS. The Government FORCED YOU TO LOSE MONEY AND NOT HAVE ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE MONEY. So that is why they gave you PPP loan if you qualified.

Now here is a thing if you want to be upset about the Government on. During COVID they said students didn't need to pay back the loans.... but let the interest keep ROLLING on them. You know they could have said no interest could be charged during that time. Think of the head way some smart people could have been....ie: pay in on them less than what the payment was... and that would have cut the principle down. Then when the interest started to "roll" again... you have a smaller balance. But of course of elected leaders didn't want to do that or even suggest that.

Were there people who took advantage of the PPP loan program.... OF COURSE.
