Everybody take a deep breath... it might take a while before financial conditions at the banks force the execs to suck it up and actually take part in the bailout. Those greedy SOBs are going to have to be dragged kicking and screaming to agree to the conditions, but I think it will happen. The party's over, even if they haven't quite realized it yet.
