This is an interesting bill - provides one more reason not to report income from "fee hunting". If you don't report such income, you are more likely to protected under the limited liability for rec. purposes.

Perhaps it gives protection to the "little guys"? My guess is that this bill will set the hunting lease rate for a lot of acres - 4 times the property tax of the last year (less one dollar?).
