I have a small pothole that is holding a pretty good number of ducks. If I want to set up my decoys in it should I go out there right away in the morning and set up in the dark or should I wait till the ducks come back from feeding?

Any help will be appreciated

Are they there over night ?

If u know when they come back u may not even need decoys.

unless u can shoot all the way across the pothole, i would bring a few decoys so they land where u want them to.

if the same birds are coming back every day just wait till they leave so as to not screw up there pattern in any way then once there gone just set up a few deeks so you can direct them where you want them to land. After that it should be like shooting fish in a barrel (im told thats easy). :sniper:
