we have a short news program at the school where i teach. all students watch called channel 1. pretty popular thoughout nodak. to make a long story short, they advertise the website dosomething.org. i have yet to make a decision about what their message is here, but it seems to me that alot of it mirrors some of peta's jargon. someone help me out with this and tell me what they think.

#11 under the animal cruelty section states:

A fur coat is pretty cool-for an animal to wear. Eighteen red foxes are killed to make one fox-fur coat, 55 minks to make a mink coat.

Students need to get the facts and decide for themselves. This site is definitely one sided and does not belong in the classroom. :eyeroll: Make no mistake about it, if the antis win their war on hunters it will first start with trappers because we are a smaller group and we do not have the funds to combat these wackos alone.

bring it up at the next school board meeting...sportsmen need to take every oppertunity they can to have their voices heard.
