If you guys want better reception for your cell phones while scouting,Team electronics has the magnetic roof top antenna and adapter( for approximately 30.00$.I got sick of poor reception in the areas we hunted and am picking one up for my phone.Just thought you guys would want to know that they arnt all that pricey. mallard

Is it ok to call the land owners or is it better to go to their door?

I would say go to there door so they can meet you in person and they can see who they are dealing with.I would only call as a last resort.If you are a nice enough guy and respect there property you shouldnt have a problem.
