Missouri Report
Talked with Tracy Northup of Up North Outdoors, and he's located around Mound City (Squaw Creek Refuge). They had a pretty good week last week, but things have pushed south since. The only birds in Missouri are in the extreme southern parts.
The Dakotas look to be at least 3 weeks away.
