I'm looking for a "Ruger Single Shot #1B Standard Rifle in .22-250". It has a Farquharson-type falling-block action.
I will pay cash or I have a Ruger M77 Compact in .243 to trade.
The Ruger M77 Compact is 35 1/2" long, has a 16" barrel and wieghs 5 1/2#. This is a great rifle for a child, lady or small man and has taken a 4 x 6 muley in 2000. This rifle also comes with a "Famous Maker 4 x 16 x 42 Varmint Scope with Reticle". Original value of rifle and scope is $750.
