Just curious what's cooking with the Farm Bureau lawsuit to close ND access? Was the hearing to be held in Jan-04?
Land Access Case Court Date?
When will this case be heard, and if the lower court rules in favor of the FB will the ruling become the law of the land at that time. Also what is the make up of the N.D. supreme court, activist or conservative?

One thing going against the Farm Bureau. Even if they win in District Court, if the State appeals, it will take 4 of the 5 justices of the Supreme Court to agree that the trespass law is unconstitutional, and for the FB to win on appeal. A very heavy burden for them.
