Info Concerning Watford City Area

I am planning on being in the Waterford City area for the Pheasant opener. I have inlaws there and am going to purchase a house (unbelievable price) there. I was hoping someone can confirm reports of my father inlaw. How is the pheasant, sharptail, and hun populations in this area. Can anyone comment on access in this area?

Also I will be in the Donnybrook area for ducks a week prior to the opener, any reports form this area would sincerely be appreciated.
