I have a question maybe someone can answer.I've looked at the HPC and would like to know in wet years what would be the max. number of non-res that could come here?That's if the number of res. stayed the same.
One of the arguments on the Senate floor was that if it had been in effect this past year...even with the gov. adding 25% it would be less than the 30,000 that came last year.
In other words would it be possible to have 30,000 non-res in a wet year.We need to counter that argument.
