The USFW Service now has their Waterfowl Population Status 2002 on their web site.It is 50 pages long with lots of graphs and maps and takes a long time to load.
The Hudson Bay portion was a late hatch and will be less than average.They say a flight similar to last year for snows.
The central and western arctic had better reproduction.The Whitefronts,Ross and small Canadas had a pretty good hatch there.
