gadwalls everywhere

Hunted this morning with Jones east of Devils in a slough filled with more than enough ducks, however, they were all gadwall and wigeon. not that i am complaining about seeing a lot of ducks around, i was just hoping to get a few more green heads and pinnies before all the non resies get here. guess that's why i should be field hunting! anyways, could've limited out early, but we got a little picky. Jones shot a great looking red head for early season. well, giddy up for the weekend, and for competing with non resies. well one more night of partying fore the weekend! :beer:
