We stayed in Underwood last year and they were building a road to move that huge dredge. Did they ever get it moved? The last night there in the Black Nugget we met a maintenance man who worked on it and was going to give us a tour, but we didn't have time.
We have some great pictures of thousands of lessor canadians migrating with that dredge in the background.

I worked for Great River Energy for my internship years back, which I guess you can say is partnered with Falkirk for their power. I took tours of all of their operations and I can say that would be an interesting move. I can't remember the exact speed off hand, but it would take a LONG time to move a couple miles...so I can only imagine.
