My father n law makes these. Gave me one as a gift. The short case is a .308, the long is a .30-06. Writes and feels awesome.

I'm not sure. He is big into wood turning and has been making pens for a while.

He does it as a hobby, but sells them for special requests. He can do lazer engraving too.

He also does it with antler too. He has made a couple half shell, half antler, or both sides antler.

He uses gold titanium components too. He uses Cross and Sheaffer pen mechanisms.
