Hi, I am currently shooting a 12 gauge remington wingmaster. I am using hevi shot when I can afford it and its 2 and 3/4 inch 6s. What choke size would you recomend? I was using improved but noticed when my pellets hit the water after a missed shot at 15 yards they were probably spread out to 10-15 feet wide. Obviously way to big. I was thinking modified or full. I am a decent shot for a 12 year old kid but I'd do better with a better pattern! Thanks, Nick

Don't judge your pattern by the ripples in the water. Shoot a few shells in a pattern board. If you aren't happy, try different loads and different chokes. For AMCs, I like Briley. Others like Patternmaster, Carlson, etc. Sounds like work but it can be a lot of fun. Good luck!
