I am just wondering if one works better than the other? I feel it doesn't make any difference other than that the big mojo is probably more visible at a distance.

What are your thoughts and experiences?

IMO, zero difference besides what you stated. The larger Mojo will be more visible.

ive been using a baby mojo for a couple years and its been working just fine

I prefer the baby one over the regular. The bigger one is really noisy and the battery doesn't last long.

I have a reg. mojo and my buddy has a baby mojo mine is quieter than his. but his wings turn faster. also my wings are metal and his are that plastic cardboard looking stuff. and we use both of them. The batteries on his does outlast mine. but we just use reg. 9v. rechargeables from wallyworld. (9 bucks each take 2 or 10 with you).
