Isn't it refreshing when an Attorney General is honest and objective in their even handed handling of issues that arise on their watch?
Today Atty General Garland appointed a special counsel to independently review and investigate the nature of the classified documents found. For all of you implying there would be politics involved (like Trump's attorney generals double standard they continually exhibited in their tenures), this is how the Department of Justice and Attorney General should handle these issues. It's a refreshing change from the previous administration.
One party make pain staking attempts to behave within the law. One party does not.
Supreme Court Justice Merrick Garland has always been considered extremely prudent and objective throughout his career. The fact that he was screwed out of a SCOTUS seat because of the very politics he continually fights against is ironic.
