I see the guy who cheated the Government out of 19 million got 5 years in a minimum security prison, no fine :******: . Correct me if I am wrong but isn't a minimum security prison like staying at Aunt Bee's house in Mayberry. I am sure this will make all the anti farm program people even happier. If I were a crap black slough bird I would accuse all farmers of being this way. :thumb: But since I am not I know that this is the exception and not the norm. :wink: But there is no question in my mind that he got off easy.

I thought I heard that they got approx. 5.7million of his assets (mainly the land). They also are in the process of taking him to Civil Court where the fines and repayment will come into play. We'll have to see what happens. I'm just glad he got some jail time even if it is in a min. security prison.
