I recently came across a deal of a lifetime on a Browning BLR .22/.250 from a buddy of mine that was in need of some cash. This is the first rifle of this caliber I have ever owned and was looking for some suggestions on ammuntion options for this gun. So far from looking at my local Scheels and Cabela's I have found a few different options either in hollow point or soft point but was looking for further suggestions on a good varmit round that I can use to get acquainted with this gun.
Thanks!

Barnes Varmint Grenades are excellent in my Rem 700 22-250. I hand load mine, but I know at least one company makes factory loads for them. They are very accurate, you can push them as fast as your rifle will safely handle, and they are unbelievable on game.
