If you are looking for a good recipe.... I did one a few years ago for my .243. I took it hog hunting and also last year shot a deer with it. Great little round in my gun.

.243 Win..... 100 gr. Speer Grand Slam....42 gr. IMR 4350....Remington large rifle primer... It is going roughly 2950 ft/s. This is out of an older browning A bolt with a 1:10 twist rate.
Would love to know how you will be reloading your .243.
