Undue Burden – Interesting Facts About Wolves
January 28, 2009 by admin
A review by Chris Hustad about a new DVD
I have to admit on the surface, I knew very little about the wild wolf situations taking place across many states in the United States. I knew there was a conflict, but I was completely unaware of what was the real issue.
I can say after watching an hour of Undue Burden, I can see exactly why this is such a hot issue; especially in the Southwest. The wolves of New Mexico and Arizona are still fully protected by Federal law. These wild wolves are terrorizing the people where these wolves have been introduced, and the ranchers are losing their heard at an alarming rate. De-listing is currently taking place for Montana Wyoming and Idaho.
If you want to see for yourself, the destruction taking place as a direct result of re-introducing wolves into the wild, you need to check out this DVD.
Testimonials
C. J. Williams – News With View had this to say!
Pictures tell a thousand words. No writer can express the emotion and reality of the situation better than this film does. Undue Burden is a very important documentary. Get a copy and show it to your friends.
Jim Beers, Retired United States Fish & Wildlife Service had this to say:
The title of this very worthwhile documentary is Undue Burden. I strongly urge every rancher, farmer, rural resident, dog owner, hunter, trapper, logger, hiker, birdwatcher, retiree, student, soccer mom and anyone else old enough to add 2 plus 2; whether you live in the West or in the East or around the Great Lakes or in New England or in the South or the Midwest to get and watch this video. Share it with your friends and talk about it at work because wolves are going to be everywhere within the next decade. You need to understand what that means to wildlife and human existence.
Mike Dubrasich Western Institute for Study of the Environment had this to say:
Undue Burden- Raw, real, gritty, a must see. It is very powerful documentary, and must viewing for everyone who cares about this country, about wildlife, and about our fellow human beings.
Erin Miller had this to say:
I must tell you that your efforts with Undue Burden The Real Cost Of Living With Wolves are so very, very appreciated – I wish to my core every person in North America would see this film. The best money I ever spent. I encourage others to buy it. I will show this DVD to everyone who visits and our entire family and encourage others to buy it. My husband has been stalked by wolves year after year in the fall in central Idaho and we’ve seen the carnage, heard the stories, written letter after letter on this issue. Everything you said is fact and the truth- Thank you so much for this, it will make a difference.
