This is my first year hunting gees in PA. Out my back door is corn and soybeans. I usually see a ton of birds in the fall, but have not paid a great deal of attention to dates.
Have not seen many at al this year, is it just too early?
I know there isn nothing worse than a newbie on a chat board, but i am not new to hunting just geese. Sorry for the ignorance....

Scouting makes the hunt. Take time to pattern the geese in your area and find the fields there using. Get permission and let em have it!! Good Luck!
