Ok....I know this should be in the recipe forum...

But does anyone have a good recipe for the fresh cut ham off a hog?

soak hog hind qtr. in ice for 3 days or so right after its killed,( keep water drained), then take the ham steak or meat and put on your favorite dry rub and let set overnight cook in smoker at 225 until done this is awesome
