My kids love this shelterbelt because it always holds deer no matter what time of day it gets walked. Stizo :) We sure did walk our share this year. The snow gave those kids a workout! Stizo :) Easier for my son Sam to go under the fence, but they end up full of snow by the end of the walk! They enjoy it though. Stizo :)

She and I will never forget this hunt. We had a great time out looking for nice bucks on unposted land. Next year we will be tromping around on the J. Clark Salyer Refuge for our deer. Hopefully we will have an extra large canoe by then for the hunt. Stizo :) Awesome feeling to be able to reach out at that distance and place your round in the vitals. 370 yard shot with my new 2008 Winchester Model 70 30.06 Featherweaght. I practiced with it at 400 yards regularly prior to rifle season. Lota fun. Stizo :)

No limit of fish this evening, but we had a great time once again! Stizo :) As soon as that thing hits the dirt, the walleye start chompin! These fish were caught just a few minutes after the sunset photo was shot.
